To respond to thischallenge, the team designed mobile responsive email to simplifyviewing experience for subscribers of ShopWSS.com email. The secondchallenge was that the team was not doing anything for subscribers ofmobile email, and emails viewed on the mobile device were notoptimized at all, therefore 70 percent of subscribers had poor emailviewing. To respond to this challenge, the team designed amobile-optimized email near the current cart abandonment campaign atend of year 2013.
Thecompany ensured that customers have seamless experience wheninteracting with company brand by introducing image mapping or brokentable cells. This was done because the team had designed companyemail for 600 (pixel) wide-emails, but on mobile device customerswere viewing at 300 (pixel) wide, but with image mapping things getcrazy therefore links fail to operate.
