Mr.& Mrs. Brian Morris
DearMr. & Mrs. Brian Morris, I am Mercy Taylor. The purpose ofwriting this letter is to inform you of a late payment that yourdaughter, Michelle, has not made. I am informing you about this latepayment because I know you have the capacity to talk to your daughterand convince her to make the payment before it is too late forconsideration of a court settlement.
Itis now almost eight months since I gave my credit card to Michelle inorder to utilize in settling of animal emergency room bill since herdog had an accident. As a friend to Michelle, I have waited this longthinking that she would pay me back $1,100 within the soonest timepossible however, she has not even talked to me concerning thepayment.
Ihave been trying to call her, but she does not answer my callsanymore because of the payment. I have even emailed her and sent hervoice messages, but she longer make an attempt of showing concern forthe payment. Since she is a great friend to me, I have kept quiet forall this long hoping that she will pay the debt however, I have seenthat she makes no attempt of paying the debt. I know you have theability of talking to her to make the payment within the next onemonth. Since I have waited for so long, I will wait for only onemonth to see if you will convince her to make the payment in caseshe does not make the payment within one month, I will report thematter to the police.
